Cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0: No such file or directory.

Go to /dev directory


Unplug the USB device, check ttyUSB files.
Replug the USB device, new ttyUSB<number> file is created automatically.


On a UNIX system, everything is a file; if something is not a file, it is a process.
